Well here we are in the middle of a very different kind of Scouting!

Looking back through the year leading up to today.....

The Cubs were busy becoming “dementia friends” - planting bulbs and visiting homes, singing carols to grateful audiences... and drinking lemonade.

Chalkwell beach for fishing and Southchurch Park with recycled rafts,

Road safety and fire drills.

Renewal of Promise Camp

Buddhist temples and pancakes , making soup for the church for Christian Aid.

Indoor funfairs with Santa’s chimney and jelly babies in flour , outdoor walks and Hadleigh castle hikes

Day of the dead and Silver Chief scouts, badges awarded to Cubs all doing their best!

So here’s to the next year, hoping for more......
