Currently, the starting age to join The Scouts is the 6th birthday, although we can sometimes offer places up to 3 months before this.

We operate the following Youth Sections:

• Beavers: 6 to 8 years ; Cubs: 8 to 10 1/2 years ; Scouts: 10 1/2 to 14 years

for Explorer Scouts: 14 yrs to 18th birthday - we are linked to Amazon Explorer Scout Unit who also meet at Kings Road URC.

We usually have a waiting list for places, so we ask everyone to sign up using our on-line Joining Form.
