Announcing our Annual Group Council (AGM)

Monday 17th July 2023, business starting at 19:00hrs

We have to hold an AGM each year under The Scouts rules.

This year. we shall hold it at our annual Summer BBQ, which is at Belchamps Scout Activity Centre.

**We must have at least 12 voting members present, for the meeting to be 'legal'

Voting members include:

• All members of the Group over 18
• Parents of members of the Group who are under 18

This year, we have to agree a few basic changes to the way we run, to conform to Scout Rules.
